QUARD 450 is simple to bend, cut, machine and weld to some degree, it's like processing mild steel. In all thicknesses QUARD 450 is joint with an excellent surface finish and close up thickness tolerances, providing your final request with a high-quality look and correct design fitting. QUARD450 is ideal to be used in applications. Hardness QUARD get its high hardness and power through an exact water quenching process.
The hardness is mostly controlled by the carbon happy and by using accurate alloy composition the scatter in rigidity and other properties can be reserved to the least amount. The production process of QUARD produces a board type of martensitic structure of high rigidity, strength, and toughness, giving way 100% through thickness hardening.
Corrosion Resistance: It has exceptional corrosion resistance when uncovered to a range of corrosive environment and media. It is usually regarded as “marine grade” plates but is not opposed to warm sea water. Warm chloride environments are able to cause pitting and crack corrosion.

Furthermore test are chemical test, spectro analysis, intergranular corrosion test, flattening test, ultrasonic test, radiographic test, and illustration inspection.
Documentation: Important documents are attested with the product during shipping. These are like Marketable invoice, requirement guide, fumigation certificates, amount and marks and number NABL test report, MTC report as per EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2 and guarantee letter. Certificate origin by legalized manufacturers/ embassy, attested certificate by suppliers, raw material test report, mill test report, quality assurance plan, heat treatment charts.
